I recently had the privilege of visiting the Unahotels Capotaormina in Sicily, Italy. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and knowledgeable staff members who were eager to assist me with any needs I may have had during my stay. The hotel offers a variety of services to make their guests feel comfortable and taken care of, from room service to dry cleaning, laundry and housekeeping. Their tours and ticket assistance program made it easy for me to discover the local area and book excursions without having to navigate everything on my own. If one wants to explore the surrounding attractions, they can rent a car from the hotel, or even take advantage of their shuttle and free shuttle service to and from the airport.
Despite my long flight and potentially jet-lagged state, the hotel's wake-up service ensured that I was up in time to take in the beautiful ocean view from my room. Additionally, pet owners can breathe easy knowing that the hotel has pet amenities available, making it an excellent place to vacation with furry friends. I also enjoyed the happy hour specials they offer, as well as their shuttle and paid airport shuttle services, which made getting around very easy for me. Overall, my experience at the Unahotels Capotaormina was a truly exceptional one, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have an unforgettable stay in Sicily.
