In addition to the airport shuttle, the hotel also offered a paid airport shuttle for those who preferred a more private and personalized transfer. I appreciated the flexibility and options provided by the hotel, as it allowed me to choose the transportation method that best suited my needs. The tours and ticket assistance service was also incredibly helpful, as the staff were able to recommend and arrange various excursions and activities for me to enjoy during my stay in Palermo.
Furthermore, the hotel offered a delightful happy hour experience for guests, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It provided a relaxing and social atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
