I arrived at the Ortea Luxury Palace on a warm sunny day, excited to experience all the service options that the hotel had to offer. As I walked into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a friendly and professional staff member who offered me a welcome drink. After checking into my room, I decided to take advantage of the hotel's knowledgeable Tours/Ticket assistance service and booked a guided tour of the local area for later in the day.
Next, I decided to request the Grocery shopping service so that I could stock up on some snacks and refreshments for the remainder of my stay. The Housekeeping team had already attended to my room, and the amenities were spotless. The rest of my stay was full of relaxation and ease, with access to Car hire, Dry cleaning, Laundry, Doctor on call, and even an Airport shuttle. The Happy hour was a lovely touch, with delicious cocktails and friendly conversation on the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. I left the Ortea Luxury Palace feeling refreshed and taken care of, eager to return again soon.
