I opted for room service as I was feeling quite exhausted and wanted to relax in my room. The food was delicious and arrived promptly. The room was clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The next day, I decided to explore the city and discovered that the hotel offered car hire and shuttle services. I opted for the shuttle service as it was convenient and affordable. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing me with information on the best tours available in the city and also assisted me in booking tickets. The hotel also had medical facilities on standby which gave me peace of mind knowing that I was in good hands. Overall, my stay at the Il Principe Hotel Catania was comfortable and memorable, made better by the hotel’s excellent services.
