The friendly and professional housekeeping staff ensured that my room was always clean and well-maintained, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to fully enjoy my stay.
I also took advantage of the hotel's commercial services and enjoyed browsing the on-site shops. The selection was diverse and included everything from souvenirs to essential travel items. Additionally, I found the laundry service to be convenient and efficient, allowing me to freshen up my wardrobe during my stay without any hassle.
The hotel also offered a paid shuttle service and a paid airport shuttle, which made getting around the area and traveling to and from the airport incredibly convenient. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation, and I appreciated the option to utilize these services. Lastly, the welcome drink provided upon my arrival was a nice touch and added a warm and inviting touch to my overall experience at the Hotel Della Valle.
