Grand Hotel Ortigia enjoys a beautiful location right in the centre of Syracuse and at a 1.6 km distance from Porto Piccolo Marina, which will bring a degree of happiness into your life. This 5-star hotel has a Sicilian restaurant serving Sicilian cuisine and is situated at a moderate distance from the ancient Catholic church "Cathedral of Syracuse".
Guests will appreciate a buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Food options for dinner are available at the on-site La Terrazza sul Mare restaurant. To cater to every palate, it offers a vegetarian-friendly menu. The lounge bar has WiFi and a TV for you to enjoy your stay at the hotel. There is a seafood restaurant serving Southern-Italian food nearly 5 minutes' walk away.

Impressions
During my recent trip to Syracuse, I decided to stay at the Grand Hotel Ortigia. I was particularly impressed by the wide range of services offered by the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the bell staff who assisted me with my luggage and showed me to my room. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
I was delighted to find out that the hotel offered a variety of services such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and wake up service, which were all conveniently available at my disposal. Additionally, the hotel provided airport shuttle services, shuttle services, paid shuttle service, and paid airport shuttle services to make my travels easier. The welcome drink offered was refreshing, and I appreciated the tours/ticket assistance and Happy Hour to help me plan my itinerary. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail provided by the Grand Hotel Ortigia, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Syracuse.
