I was pleased to find out that the hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. This made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable, as I was able to focus on relaxation and sightseeing without having to worry about the little things.
The Excelsior Palace Hotel also provided pet amenities, which was a big plus for me as I was traveling with my furry companion. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care that the hotel offered for its guests and their pets. Additionally, the hotel had tours/ticket assistance available, making it easy for me to explore the city and plan activities during my stay. The option for a paid shuttle service or airport shuttle was also very convenient, as it saved me the hassle of finding transportation to and from the airport.
One of the highlights of my stay at the Excelsior Palace Hotel was the daily happy hour, where guests could unwind and socialize with complimentary drinks and snacks. This added a fun and sociable element to my trip, and I enjoyed meeting other guests and exchanging travel stories. my experience at the Excelsior Palace Hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay with excellent service.
