The room service was available all day, so I ordered a late lunch to be delivered to my room. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. I also notified the staff that I needed a rental car, and they arranged for me to pick it up from the hotel's rental service the next morning. It was incredibly convenient and hassle-free.
During my stay, I took advantage of the housekeeping and laundry services, and both were exceptional. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless, and the laundry service returned my clothes within hours and even folded them neatly. I also rented a bike from the hotel and explored the surrounding area, which was breathtaking. The hotel's shuttle service also came in handy when I wanted to visit other places in the town. The welcome drink was a nice touch and was served upon arrival at the hotel bar. I particularly enjoyed the tours and ticket assistance, which helped me plan my sightseeing itinerary without any hassle. The Baia Del Capitano is a top-notch hotel, with excellent services that made my stay incredibly comfortable.
