The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and offered tours and ticket assistance to help me plan my stay in the city. They also provided information about the car hire services available if I needed to explore the area.
During my stay, I took advantage of the room service, which was prompt and efficient. The housekeeping was thorough and attentive, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient services such as dry cleaning and laundry, making it easy for me to keep my wardrobe fresh and clean throughout my stay.
As I had an early flight, I decided to use the hotel's airport shuttle service, which made my departure hassle-free. The valet parking service was also convenient, taking the stress out of finding a parking spot. the Alma Hotel's range of services made my stay a truly enjoyable and hassle-free experience, and I would highly recommend it to other travelers.
